How can you tell if any supplement "works"? From vitamins to digestive aids, are you better because of them? These definitely weren't bad but I'm not sure I can claim they did anything super beneficial either. I was taking two in the morning, then decided to spread it out, as it were. Took one with breakfast and one after lunch/before dinner.I have a few left. Maybe when I run out I'll notice a difference, I don't know. I'm old. I don't have a special diet. What I eat varies from day to day, so I'm not a very good "control" subject. Like I said, I suffered no ill effects but can't say there was any noticeable improvement. I was going to give them a three but gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave a four because maybe its just me.
