The Biohacking Bestie Story:

Meet Aggie Lal

Five years ago, Aggie Lal’s life looked like a dream on the outside. As one of the world’s most recognized travel influencers, she spent her days exploring the far corners of the globe - sailing across the Pacific, skydiving over remote landscapes, and immersing herself in cultures most people only read about. She shared it all with millions of followers. But behind the perfectly curated photos, she was quietly struggling. She was struggling with weight fluctuations, constantly sick, battling massive hair loss, and dealing with painful cystic acne. Despite eating salads and daily pilates classes, nothing was working. She felt trapped in a body that was working against her.
It was her travels through Eastern countries that changed the trajectory of everything. In the markets of Bali, the temples of India, and the wellness rituals of Southeast Asia, Aggie witnessed something the Western world had largely forgotten: ancient botanical traditions and TCM, Ayurvedic practices woven seamlessly into everyday life - not as a rigid protocol, but as a natural, graceful rhythm of healing. She fell so deeply in love with Eastern medicine and culture that she eventually bought a home in Bali, splitting her life between the ancient healing traditions of the East and the cutting-edge science of Los Angeles. East meets West — not just as a brand philosophy, but as her literal life. Aggie didn’t stop at inspiration. She went to work. She studied obsessively - devouring medical books on nutrition, biology, and female hormones - and earned her certification as a qualified nutrition coach. She collaborated with medical doctors and scientists to understand the clinical evidence behind the botanicals she’d witnessed firsthand. That relentless pursuit of knowledge eventually brought her to the TED Talk stage, cementing her reputation as the world’s leading female biohacker. But the more she learned, the more frustrated she became. The biohacking world was built by men, for men. It was a space obsessed with extreme optimization - 100 tests a day, punishing regimens, zero tolerance for imperfection. It treated the human body like a machine and left no room for grace. It was built for male physiology, mentality, and health, not the unique differences for women’s hormones, bodies, and longevity. Aggie knew that women deserved something fundamentally different.

“You have a birthright to thrive.”

Aggie, Biohacking Bestie Founder

Health and vitality shouldn’t be a privilege earned through suffering. They should be the baseline. And for women, true wellness had to include living a beautiful, messy, enjoyable life - without guilt, without judgment, and without pretending you don’t love a glass of wine on a Friday night.

That conviction became the founding philosophy of Biohacking Bestie: the “Weekday Biohacker. Weekend BioSlacker.” Smart choices, paired with grace, joy, fun, and a well lived life. A bestie who hands you a glass of water when you fall off the wagon, not a lecture.

Working alongside medical doctors and scientists, Aggie built a collection of extraordinary formulas that intentionally combine the best of Eastern botanical tradition with cutting-edge Western biohacking science. Every product is designed specifically for female biology, to support hormones, metabolism, gut health, and energy - because she had lived the gap between what the wellness industry offered women and what women actually needed.

Biohacking Bestie isn’t just a supplement company. It’s a movement built on the belief that you deserve a body that feels in sync - and a community that has your back while you get there.
